What Makes Change Talk LLC Different?
"We are a practice that changes with you." - Adam Russo, EdD, MS, LPC
This means that we are constantly asking our clients for feedback and adjust our curriculum, marketing, and treatment strategies accordingly.

Change Talk LLC

Established in January of 2017, Change Talk LLC remains the premiere telehealth psychotherapy practice that was founded by Dr. Adam Russo. Dr. Russo took their knowledge being trained at veterans facilities, substance misuse center, residential program, intensive in-home training, and psychiatric ward experiences and merged that training with their experiences as a martial arts instructor, combat veteran, and proud father of two to help create what Change Talk LLC is today.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is great for people that are new to therapy services, or for people that like privacy since group psychotherapy can never be guaranteed as being completely confidential considering it's transient members. The focus on most individual sessions usually includes communication skills, increasing awareness of your triggers and reactions, clinical assessment, motivational interviewing for change, symptom management, self-control strategies, refraining your current situations, case management, accurate use of empathy, crisis counseling, self-compassion training, first responder vicarious trauma work, and general psychoeducation on various mental health conditions and associated treatments.
